Can I book laser hair removal online, or only through WhatsApp?
At Movmore, individual laser hair removal sessions can be booked directly through our online booking system. Packages of multiple sessions must be booked through WhatsApp so our team can help you select the right treatment areas and package.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us through WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to attend without prior notice may result in the loss of your treatment session.
Do I need a patch test before laser hair removal?
A separate patch test is not required before your first laser hair removal session, as a small test will be carried out at the beginning of your appointment.
However, if you have sensitive skin, are unsure whether laser hair removal is suitable for you or would like to discuss the treatment before booking, we highly recommend arranging a consultation and patch test. This gives our team the opportunity to assess your skin and hair type, answer your questions and explain what to expect from the treatment.
Why are laser hair removal sessions spaced several weeks apart?
Laser hair removal works most effectively when the hair is in its active growth stage. Because not every hair grows at the same time, sessions must be spaced apart to target new hairs as they enter this stage and achieve more consistent results.
